Happy Passover & Easter

היי,

אחרי שיקולי מלבושים לערב החג מהפוסט הקודם, בסוף הצלחתי להגניב פוסט עם אאוטפיט ראוי ונוח לחג הבא עלינו לטובה. על אף שקישקשתי כאן על פסים או פרחים, דווקא החלטתי שאלך כנראה על צבע חלק ועל משהו יחסית נוח (שיהיה נוח לקניידלך). אוברול בצבע כחול מבוטיק נומה, שבכל פעם שאני לובשת אותו אני זוכה למחמאות רבות, לאבזר בשלל תכשיטים היסטריים של Silly shiny ונעלי החתונה שלי. אני לא נוטה להוריד את טבעות הנישואין והאירוסין שלי אבל ברגע שאני נתקלת בתכשיטים מעניינים ולא באנליים עם בלינג-בלינג ראוי ומתקתק, אני מניחה רגע בצד את הקבועים ומתמסרת.

גם בתכשיטים, כמו בבגדים, אני לא מתחברת לכל טרנד ובטח שלא אוהבת להעמיס ולהמאיס. אבל עיניים בתכשיטים הם כבר  לא רק טרנד (אני זוכרת מילדותי תליון עין כנגד עין הרע) והם כאן להשאר.

Hi,

After the last post I tried to come up with an idea for what I want to wear to the Seder. I even got the chance to take photos and create a post. After babbling about stripes and floral, I went for clean blue jumpsuit by Numa, with touch of colors in the accessories and  I even had the chance to use my wedding shoes again, yey! 
I don't tend to get off my wedding & engagement rings that easily, but when I offered to take photos with the hysteric bling-bling by Silly Shiny, I couldn't refuse. I love fine jewelries with a twist, and Silly Shiny has it all.
I don't always fall for trends but jeleries with eyes on it are not trends, for years I remember seeing eyes on jewelries against the evil eye. These eyes are here to stay.

Gray-scale style weekend

אני יודעת שאני כותבת יותר מדי על חורף, אבל הוא סוף-סוף כאן וזו העונה האהובה עלי. הלכתי על לוק יום-יומי עם שלל שכבות וקצת משובץ שמאפיין את העונה (ובעיקר את הארון שלי).

לאט לאט אני מוצאת את עצמי יותר ויותר מתחברת להדפסים כאלה ואחרים, שבעבר היו מחוץ למלתחה שלי, הרבה רעיונות וצורות נותנים לי השראה והנאה צרופה.

שבוע נפלא!

I know I write too much about winter but it's my favorite season and in a warm country like Israel, winter is rare. So when it's finally here, I am extremely happy and so is my wardrobe. I went for everyday gray-scale layers outfit this weekend with touch of plaids. 

Patterns that were once out of my wardrobe are now taking over my wardrobe, my mind and my inspiration.

Outfit post 01-04-13

האביב כבר כאן והגיע הזמן להפסיק להתחבא ממנו ולעבור ללבוש שמלות וחצאיות. כל שנה בתחילת האביב, כשצריך לצאת מבגדים ארוכים ולעבור לחצאיות ושמלות, אני שוב מרגישה רע עם עצמי ולא בנוח.

חלק מהמטרה שהצבתי לעצמי כשהתחלתי לעבוד על הבלוג היתה לשים דגש על סטייל במידות במידות שלי. בלוגים במידה 34-36 יש המון, אבל במידה 42-44 חסר. אני רוצה להראות שאפשר ללבוש הכל ואין סיבה להתחבא מאחורי שום דבר. אני יודעת שזו קלישאה אבל קלישאות הן כאלה כי הן נכונות, סטייל זה לא מידה. 

בקיצור, הנה הרגליים שלי.

Spring is here and it is time to stop hiding behind long sleeves and long jeans. Every year it goes the same, with first signs of heat and summer, I feel uncomfortable wearing short dresses and skirts.

A big part of my blog's goals is to show there is style in other sizes than 4-6. I want to show that there is other style and there is no need to hide behind dark and long clothes.

Style has no size, I know it's a cliche, but it's right and that's what make it such one.

To make it short: here are my legs.

Studs I couldn't refuse

כבר אמרתי שיש כמה דברים שאני לא יכולה לסרב להם; לבבות פפיונים ו... ניטים. נכון, מהרוב כבר נמאס, הכל כבר מלא ורווי ניטים ופפיונים ובכל זאת פה ושם צצים פריטים שאני לא יכולה לוותר עליהם.

ואז נכנסתי לסניף של H&M ונתקלתי בג'אמפר המושלם הזה. התלבטתי רבות בעיקר בגלל שהוא היה יקר יחסית למחירים של H&M והוא גם די כבד, אבל אז מדדתי אותו והוא כל-כך יפה.

(לא מצאתי קישור לג'אמפר באתר, אבל כמו שקראתי וראיתי זה בחנויות עכשיו).

I already mentioned there are things I can't refuse; Hearts, bows and... Studs. I know we are fed up with the studs everywhere and worn by everyone but once in a while I encounter an item I can't refuse, just like this jumper from H&M  I was uncertain, mainly because of the high price which is usually not typically at H&M and also the fact that it's pretty heavy for a jumper, but when I  tried it on I knew we were meant to be.
(I couldn't find it on H&M site, but as I read and saw, it is in stores now).
