אני חושבת שהמשפט הזה יכול לסכם היטב את הרכישות האופנתיות האחרונות שלי. למה דווקא שמלות ג'ינס? היא הן נוחות, הן יפות, הן מתאימות ליום-יום ועבודה אבל גם לדרינק עם החברות בערב. 

בחרתי כמה שמלות לאוסף, חלק יש לי וחלק ממתינות בווישליסט.

השלישיה הפותחת; המכופתרת, הרקומה (שעכשיו במחיר שווה ומשלוח חינם) והקלאסית.

Before I continue posting personal style posts (some more posts from Greece and another one we shot before Passover) I want to share with you my latest inspiration board (and wishlist). Summer is almost here and I have many news, new cool collaboration, new campaign and general positive attitude.

לא מזמן סיפרתי לכם על התחביב החדש שלי, תפירה. אז לאט לאט זה "גדל" עלי (בתרגום חופשי) ואני נשאבת לתפירה יותר ויותר, מוצאת את עצמי בתרפיית יום שישי, בשקט של שישי בצהריים חושבת על רעיונות ומנסה דברים חדשים. אני לאו דווקא נשארת בנישת הבגדים, התחלתי לתפור גם שלל דברים לבית כמו כיסויים חדשים לכריות וכל מיני נרתיקי איפור (שסוף סוף יכניסו קצת סדר בבלאגן שלי).

לשם כך, קיבלתי מכונת תפירה. Bernina 330, תכירו את החברה החדשה שלי והגאדג'ט הכי כיפי שיש לי כרגע. (וכחנונית, יש לי כמה וכמה גאדג'טים מגניבים). עד עכשיו יצא לי לעבוד רק עם מכונות תעשיתיות בסטודיו, אבל מגוון האופציות שהמכונה הביתית מספקת מרגשות אותי (בעיקר האופציה לתפר לבבות!).
ברנינה היא חברה שוייצרית שהוקמה אי שם לפני יותר ממאה שנה (1893) ע"י קארל פריידריך גגוף ועד היום מנוהלת ע"י צאצאיו. עם השנים ברנינה תמיד הייתה בין החברות המובילות בתחום ועד היום הם משתנים ומתאימים עצמם לטכנולוגיה המתפתחת.

אני עדיין תוהה בתחום ומנסה כל מיני דברים חדשים ותוך כדי לומדת להכיר את המכונה. אני תמיד עובדת עם מחשב פתוח לידי, מולי ערוץ היוטיוב של ברנינה  ועובדת מול סרטונים ביוטיוב שמסבירים לי איך לתפור ואיך להחליף רגליות, איזו רגלית לאיזו מטרה והכל ספציפית לדגם הברנינה שיש לי.  כמו כן, יש גם אין ספור סרטוני "עשה זאת בעצמך" לתפירה. כך בדיוק תפרתי את נרתיקי האיפור הקטנים. 

אני לא יודעת איך לא התפנתי לתחביב הזה קודם מפני שזה ממלא אותי באנרגיה ותחושת סיפוק שלא חוויתי מיצירה כבר המון זמן, אבל כנראה שלַכֹּל זְמָן וְעֵת לְכָל חֵפֶץ ואף פעם לא מאוחר להתחיל לעסוק בתחביבים, בעיקר כאלה שממלאים את הנפש ומעסיקים את הידיים.
אני מקווה שתהנו מהמסע שאני עוברת!

Hi all,

Not so long ago, I told you about my new sewing hobby. As the time goes by, it grew on me slowly and I find myself falling for it. Every Friday noon is my sewing therapy time, I come up with new ideas and trying new things. Apparently I don't only stick to clothes and started sewing pillow cases and make-up cases (now I have beautiful cases to store my mess).

While it's going on I got Bernina 330 sewing machine, meet my new friend and favorite gadget at the moment (and as a geek, I have some really cool gadgets). Until now I got to work only on industrial machines at the studio, and this one is so different and fun to work with. Tones of sewing options! (and even hearts pattern!).
Bernina is a Swiss company, was founded on 1893 by Karl Friedrich Gegauf and to this day Bernina is still managed by the family. Through the years Bernina always set the bar of perfection and top line sewing machines, going forward with new technology.

I still have a lot to learn in that area and as I am trying new things I get to learn and know my machine better. I always work with the computer in front of me, open on Bernina's YouTube channel and work with videos that explain how to sew, how to change the foot, what each foot is good for and everything exactly for my Bernina model. On YouTube you can also find endless DIY sewing videos. That's how I made my make up cases.

I don't know how come I haven't done it before because it fills me with so much energy and satisfaction. I guess everything comes in the right time and it is NEVER too late start doing something you love.

הוזמנתי לפרזנטציה והצגת קולקציית התיקים האחרונה של מארק ג'ייקובס ללואי ויטון בחנות הדגל של לואי ויטון בקניון רמת אביב. באירוע נכחה הגב' ארטי דרמה, מנהלת יחסי הציבור של לואי ויטון ביוון, קפריסין וישראל.
אחרי 16 שנים עזב מארק ג'ייקובס את המותג בכדי להשקיע את מירב זמנו בבית האופנה שלו. לקמפיין הקולקציה האחרונה בחר בין היתר בסופיה קופולה, קתרין דנב וג'יזל. הקמפיין הקודר אולי מסמל יותר מהכל את הפרידה של מארק ג'ייקובס מבית האופנה הגדול אחרי שנים רבות כל כך של עשייה. קולקציית התיקים כללה את ה-New Noé (או בקיצור NN) בשלל גוונים ושילובים כהים. ה-NN הוא בעצם גרסא מחודשת או מן שדרוג של גרסאת ה-Noé האייקוני של לואי ויטון ויצירתו היא מעין שירת הברבור של מארק ג'ייקובס ללואי ויטון. 

אישית, אני מאוד אוהבת את עבודתו של מארק ג'ייקובס, הוא בין המעצבים האהובים עלי מאז ומתמיד, הקולקציה מרשימה ואני מאוד מתחברת לפאן האפל ולקמפיין הנהדר. עם זאת, אין לי ספק שבית האופנה היה זקוק לשינוי וניקולה גרסקייה הוא תוספת נהדרת (שכבר ראינו את עבודתו בשבוע האפונה האחרון בפריז).

I was invited to a presentation of the last collection of Louis Vuitton and Marc Jacobs in order to review the bags collection at their flagship store in Tel Aviv. In this event Ms. Areti Darma, Louis Vuitton's PR manager in Greece, Cyprus and Israel was present and explained us about the collection.
After fabulous 16 years together, Marc Jacobs is leaving Louis Vuitton in order to concentrate on is own brand. 

For the last campaign, among the other muses of Louis Vuitton, Marc Jacobs chose Sophia Coppola, Catherine Deneuve & Gisele Bundchen. The dark and almost shady campaign (which I totally loved!) may be reflects the farewell and last goodbye of Marc Jacobs from Louis Vuitton after so many years together.

The bags collection includes a new bag, based on the iconic bag Noé, "The new Noé" (aka NN) made from a darker palette of colors. The creation of the NN bag is actually Marc Jacobs final mark on the brand, that bag is terrific, classic and I am sure it will stay iconic as the Noé. A perfect final chord for a beautiful journey together.
The collection of bags is impressive and I love the whole idea behind the campaign. Marc Jacobs is one of my favorites designers but wholeheartedly I am sure that Nicolas Ghesquière will lead Louis Vuitton Just as perfect.

Jeudi j'étais à la présentation de la nouvelle collection des sacs à main de Louis Vuitton par Marc Jacobs à la boutique Louis Vuitton à Tel Aviv. Après 16 ans chez Louis Vuitton Marc Jacobs quitte pour mettre son temps à sa propre maison.
Pour sa dernière collection Marc Jacobs à choisi Sophia Coppola, Catherine Deneuve et Giselle Bundchen. Les couleurs sont sombres ce qui symbolise la séparation de Marc Jacobs après toutes ces longues années et son merveilleux travail chez Louis Vuitton. La collection consiste NEW Noé (ou NN) qui est une nouvelle version de L'iconique Noé de Louis Vuitton  
Les pieces d'art sont le chant du cygne de Marc Jacobs pour Louis Vuitton. 

Personnellement j'aime le travail de Marc Jacobs il est mon preferable à tout autre! La collection est exceptionnelle surtout la tourne sombre de cette collection

חייבת לשתף בחולשה חדשה שהולכת ותוקפת אותי!

בתצוגה של אמור, בזמן קבלת הפנים ובהמתנה הארוכה, אחד הדברים שסובבו את ראשי ותפסו לי את העין (ואת הצוואר) היה גרסאות המיני לשלל תיקי מעצבים. יש משהו בגרסאות קטנות של פריטים מסויימים שהופך את זה להו כה מתוק. קצת כמו לראות נעליים מסויימות בגרסאת מיני לילדות, רק שלתיק אין מידה ואז את לא צריכה להיות בת 3 ;-). כל תיק כזה הוציא ממני קולות מתוקים ופרץ התלהבות.

למרות שאני חובבת תיקים גדולים ובד"כ קונה את גרסאות האוברסייז (בעיקר כי ביום יום אני נאלצת לסחוב את הלפטופ לעבודה), יש משהו כיפי בתיק קטן שמכיל רק את הנקסוס שלי, ארנק קטן, ליפסטיק ומפתחות. הרבה יותר קליל ונוח להסתובב, הידיים חופשיות וזה פשוט מקל.

I feel like I must share with you my newest obsession lately!

Two weeks ago in the TLV fashion week, while waiting to the Amor's fashion show to start, one of the things that made me look and stare was the mini version of designers bag. There is something super sweet in mini versions of stuff, like when you see a baby shoes. Only that mini bags don't suit only 3 years old girls ;-). Each and every single mini bag got me staring and making "awww" sounds.

Although I am a fan of large bags and usually buy the oversized versions (especially since in my everyday bag I carry my laptop to work), there is something super fun and easy going in a tiny bag carrying only my nexus, small wallet, lipstick and keys. So much better to hang out hands free of heavy bag.

Belated V-day post

הפוסט הזה היה מתוכנן לוולנטיינס ונצבע בצבעים אדומים ותכשיטים מלאי לבבות אבל בסוף היו לי דברים יותר חשובים לכתוב עליהם ופספסתי את המומנטום. אבל בתכלס? אצלי תמיד יש מלא לבבות וולנטיינס הוא סתם סיבה למסיבה. אבל בואו רגע נתרכז בדבר החשוב באמת? מעיל אדום. כבר בערך שנתיים שאני חומדת במעיל אדום ואפילו אחד הפוסטים הראשונים שלי עסק בזה, אבל למצוא את האדום המושלם (בדיוק כמו באודם) זה לא פשוט. אבל כמה זה כיף כשמוצאים את המעיל המושלם בגוון המושלם ועוד בסייל? זה מה שקרא לי עם המעיל אוברסייז הזה בזארה. 199 ש"ח במקום משהו כמו 600-700 ש"ח. ההמתנה משתלמת, המשימה הושלמה.

Hi there, 

This post was meant to be for Valentines day, and was especially colored in red and full with heart shape jewelries, but I guess I had some other things on mind and totally forgot it. But for me, every day is full with heart shape things (a weakness of mine),and Valentines is just another reason to party.

Leave it a side for a moment and lets concentrate in the important part, red coat. For almost 2 years I am on a run after the perfect red coat, even mentioned it on one of my first posts here. Finding the right red (same goes for lipsticks) is not easy, so when I found this one, in its perfect oversize design and that gorgeous red for 70% off at Zara, I felt blessed. It was worth the waiting, mission accomplished.
