Black and Blue

מסתבר שאפשר לשלב שחור וכחול ולצאת מזה בחיים. כחובבת גראנג' מושבעת, אני אוהבת חולצות משובצות בשלל שילובים, החלטתי לצאת לרגע מנישת חולצה-משובצת-ג'ינס-קרוע ולהכנס ללכת על חצאית שחורה ושילובי שחור כחול.

אז הנה עוד פרט שאתם יודעים עלי, אני אוהבת מוזיקה (מאוד!) ואוהבת גראנג' בפרט. אמנם חייתי וגדלתי בניינטיז אבל היית שמחה לחוות את הניינטיז בגיל בוגר יותר ולא בבית ספר יסודי/חטיבה.

Apparently black and blue work together pretty well. As a Grunge fan, I adore tartan\plaids prints. I love that 90's look of denim and tartan but decided to go for a different look, match this shirt with a high waist skirt.
I wish I could relive the 90's again, with the same exact soundtrack. I was young in the 90's and I wish I had experienced it as a grown person :)

Denim dress and vintage Chanel scarf

אחד הדברים הכיפיים בלחלוק את אהבתי לאופנה עם אמא שלי, הוא ללא ספק הארון שלה. כל כמה זמן אני עוברת (ונוברת) ומוצאת פריטים ייחודים ומרגשים. למשל, איזה תיק שפיספסתי או אוסף צעיפים שאין שני לו. 

בשבת באחרונה בזמן הביקור, במחשבה על הפוסט הבא, מצאתי את הצעיף הזה של שאנל שהתאים באופן מושלם לצמיד של מארק ג'ייקובס שענדתי באותו יום, הצעיף הזה קרוב לוודאי כמעט בגילי (אני מניחה שיש לה אותו קרוב ל-30 שנה) ובעיני הוא יוצא דופן. 
אנחנו נהנות ממגזיני אופנה יחד ואוהבות לטייל יחד, לקבל השראה ולמצוא פריטים שווים. אמא שלי גם צלמה אותי לפוסט הזה ונראה לי שאני בכלל צריכה להודות לה על החוש האופנתי שירשתי ממנה. אז אמא, זה בשבילך.

Sharing my passion for fashion with my mom is pure fun! We go over magazines together, share our accessories or go shopping together. When I want to add a special touch to my outfit I love going over her wardrobe and finding treasures. This weekend while visiting, I was looking for something to add to my outfit and found that perfect Chanel scarf. She keeps it for almost 30 years. I loved how it goes perfectly with my outfit and especially with my Mar by Marc Jacobs bracelet.
I think it's perfect timing to thank her for the sense of fashion I inherited from her. She also took these photos. 

Dreaming of autumn || חולמת על סתיו

די, איפה הסתיו שלי? 
בנתיים, בזמן שאני ממתינה לו שיגיע עם שלכת, מעט גשמים ובעיקר ירידה בטמפרטורות, אני מנסה את שיטת  Fake it till you make it. הנה אאוטפיט בצבעי סתיו ושתי המלצות לשופינג.

Where is my beloved autumn?
While most of the western world is already enjoying the autumn, I am still dreaming of colder days and autumn leaves. In the meanwhile, I am trying my best by wearing autumn-ish colors.

Hearts and Bows forever

השבוע אחגוג יום הולדת 29. מתרגשת ונלחצת מהשנה האחרונה לשנות העשרים שלי החלטתי ללכת על מתנה קטנה שאני חושקת בה כבר זמן רב, קעקוע. זה התחיל ברצון לשני לבבות וביום האמת החלטתי שאעשה לב אחד ופפיון אחד. כפי שודאי ראיתם/קראתם יש לי חולשה ללבבות ופפיונים מאז ומתמיד. לב, מסמל אהבה ובעיני סמל סימטרי שמכיל הכל. פפיון מסמל בשבילי תמימות, רוך, נשיות והייתי אומרת גם שובבות.
סוף סוף יוצא לי גם להראות את התיק המושלם שקניתי בניו יורק, תיק של מייקל קורס, טסתי בידיעה שאני הולכת לקנות אותו ובכלל חשבתי על שחור. אבל כשראיתי את הצבע הזה, הבנתי שאין שום סיכוי שאני חוזרת בלעדיו. הוא נוח וכיפי כל-כך!

On wednesday I'll turn 29. Excited and panicked by the thought that it's the last year of my twenties, I decided I should do something I've been wanting for long time, a tattoo. 

At first I thought about 2 hearts, one on each arm, but as the moment arrived I changed my mind and go for heart and a bow. As you probably already seen\read I have a crash (since I can remember myself) about anything with hearts and bows. Heart, symbolizes love and   something truly completed. A bow for me is innocence,  feminine, delicateness.
On the fashion side, I didn't have the chance to share with you my beloved Michael Kors bag I bought in NYC. When I first saw it I knew I had to have one but I always thought of black, then I saw it in electric blue and immediately fell in love. So comfortable and beautiful!

Back from the Big Apple

זהו, חזרתי! הגיע הזמן לחזור ולעדכן. אני מנסה לתרגל חזרה לשיגרה שכוללת הרבה חלומות על החודש שהיה (אבל גם מחשבות על התחלות חדשות ומה שעתיד לבוא!). 
חשבתי אם לחלק את זה לכמה פוסטים, אבל החלטתי שהכי טוב להניח כאן קצת מהכל. אין הרבה תמונות ואאוטפיטים, כי בניו יורק כמו בניו יורק, הכל מהר ובקושי יש זמן לעצור לנשום. צריך לרוץ מהר כדי לעמוד בקצב כמו שאומרת המלכה האדומה לאליס. רוב הפריטים בתמונות נקנו בניו יורק, כמובן. עוד הרבה תמונות אפשר לראות באינסטגרם שלי.

So I am back and it's time to bring the blog back to life and practice my daily Tel Avivan routine (that includes lots of daydreaming together with positive thinking of my new beginnings).
I couldn't decide if I should split it in to few posts but decided I should put samples here. There isn't a lot of outfits photos cause in NYC you're always in a rush, as the Red Queen says to Alice: "Now, here, you see, it takes all the running you can do, to keep in the same place. If you want to get somewhere else, you must run at least twice as fast as that!"
